LEGO® Dimensions is a toys-to-life game available on Xbox One and Xbox 360, as well as PS4, PS3 and Wii U. Essentially it's a unique experience within the LEGO® universe, and the characters you play as within it are actual LEGO® minifigures that you construct and then beam into the game via the buildable portal. 

My objective was to create a logo that captured the experience of the new building/gaming play-theme. I wanted the logo to convey movement and transformation, and to incorporate the magical portal through which the construction experience travels to become a gaming experience. The goal was for it to look fun yet gamey and somewhat aged up. After many months,100s of logo concepts created by several designers and outside agencies, I was asked to contribute some ideas and it was my concept that ended up becoming the logo.
